Poll Sound provided the audio reinforcement needs for the Caine College for the Arts Gala on Friday at Utah State University's Kent Concert Hall. The show was a huge success and sounded amazing.

The event consisted of Theatrical Performances, a live Orchestra, a Children's Choir, live band, a talent performer and vocal group. The show quickly reached 48 inputs. A Yamaha PM5D was used at FOH operated by Brad Wadsworth an expert live sound engineer at Poll Sound. A Yamaha CL5 was used to cover the monitoring needs on stage. All 48 tracks of the performance were recorded using Nuendo Live; interfacing directly with the Dante network for the CL5 mixing console. Nine L-Acoustics Kara Loudspeakers were used per side for the main PA while Kivas were used on the the lip of the stage to fulfill the coverage needs for the first few rows. A pair of SB18's per side on the floor provided the low frequency reinforcement. Electro Voice WX12 Monitor Speakers were used on stage as well as L-Acoustics 12XT's.
