Poll Sound and Great White at Ride for the Cure!

Poll Sound provided all audio needs for the 2013 Ride for the Cure in Salt Lake City last Saturday, June 1st. The concert was held in the parking lot of the Harley Davidson Dealership on State Street, and was filled to capacity. The band Royal Bliss opened the evening with a set of hits, as well as new music soon to be released. An auction was held to raise money for the cure, then Great White rocked it up for the crowd into the night.
6 Boxes of our Electro-voice XLC DVX line array system over 3 EV XSubs per side patched through a KT DN98 delivered high quality sound and energy to the audience throughout the night. A combination of EV XW series wedges and in ear monitors were used to satisfy the needs on stage, and 2 Yamaha PM5D RH mixing consoles were employed at both FOH and Mon positions. Bryce Stettler the Poll Sound Rental Manager engineered the FOH mix, and Brad Wadsworth provided the monitor mix for Great White. Jake Rich managed all of the patching and other stage needs.
As always, this event draws a big crowd, and most importantly, provides a priceless service to those in need!
